IamNubian salon spa is a luxury natural hair salon located in Elmont, Long Island, NY. We specialize in natural hair maintenance, hair color, Silk Press, Curly Cuts, Twist outs, hair loss treatments, and more. Our goal is to provide professionalism, comfort, and future plans for your overall hair health. We want you to leave our salon feeling more confident and beautiful than ever.

PRICES AND SERVICES

Booking Fee: A 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your final bill. If you cancel, there is a 30% refund fee due to processing charges.
CALENDAR OPENINGS SCHEDULE
- Calendar opens on the 1st of the month at 10 AM for new and returning clients.
- Clients can pre-book after their appointment.
- If no availability shows, please call us at 347-551-8051. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
Walk-ins and squeeze-in appointments may require a short wait.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Payments:
- We accept both cash and card payments for services.
- In-store product purchases are subject to sales tax.
- To ensure comfort and relaxation for all, no additional guests, children, or pets are allowed during your visit.
Appointment Timing:
- We recommend arriving at your scheduled time. While we cannot guarantee service for early arrivals, we will accommodate you if a seat is available.
Hair Prep:
- All services begin at the shampoo bowl. Please arrive with detangled and manageable hair.
- Feel free to bring a silk scarf to protect your hair in case of inclement weather.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel 7 days before your appointment, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
- Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
Lateness:
- We allow a grace period of 10-15 minutes. After that, your appointment will be canceled and your booking fee forfeited.
- Please notify us 72 hours in advance for rescheduling.
Rescheduling:
- To reschedule, please use the original confirmation email, or call us. Rescheduling is only available within the current booking period.
No Call No Show:
- Failure to communicate will result in booking restrictions and full payment required for future appointments.
- A second instance of no call no show will result in no future appointment bookings.
